Sem excesso,tomar sol faz um bem danado:melhora o humor(bye-bye,tristeza!).fortalece os ossos,aumenta a imunidade,regula a pressão arterial e até combate os sintomas da TPM.

  1. Sol é essencial para prevenir a osteoporose!! Nosso corpo só processa o cálcio com vitamina D e a vitamina D só é ativada com o sol! =)

    of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve
    got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.

    Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images.
    Maybe you could space it out better?

  6. I thiknk what you postd made a bunch of sense.
    However, consider this, what if you addd a little content?
    I mean, I don't want to tell you how tto run your website,
    however suppose you added a title that grabbed a person's attention?
    I mean "O LADO BOM DO SOL:D" is kinda boring. You could peek at Yahoo's front page and note how they write post titles to grab people interested.

    You might add a related video or a pic orr two to grab
    readers excited about what you've written.
    Just my opinion, it could bring your posts a little bit more
    interesting.
